Dubai Tech Tuesdays No. 96 is officially in the books, and the Female Leadership Edition delivered on every front. On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Belcanto Restaurant at Dubai Opera hosted an evening dedicated to women in tech, business, and leadership, complete with keynote speakers, a live vocal performance, and one guest appearance that genuinely caught the whole room off guard.
The Three Women Who Led the Night
Three women co-organized and anchored the event. Iryna Erzen Einstein, Relationship Mentor, Women’s Transformation Coach, Founder of Bloom Ladies Society, and Co-Founder of Tech Tuesdays, has been a driving force in keeping the series running as one of Dubai’s most consistent weekly networking formats. She was joined by Ekaterina Kondratenko, crypto entrepreneur and Founder of the Chess Arts Club, who served as event partner for No. 96, and by Irena Maslanka, Co-Founder of Vision Group, who completed the organizing trio. All three made sure the night ran exactly the way it was supposed to.
Two Keynote Speakers, Real Conversations
The speaker lineup for the Female Leadership Edition featured Ekaterina Tsangel, Regional Managing Director of NOI Technologies (ZKR Healthcare, Middle East), and Yulia Kryukova, Founder of the Institute “OCEAN.” Both took the stage and delivered talks that kept the room fully engaged. The conversation was centered on leadership, professional navigation, and what it actually looks like to be a woman at the top in today’s business environment. The audience at Belcanto, a mix of both women and men (the event is open to all), was completely tuned in from start to finish.
Marisa Peer Showed Up and Nobody Saw It Coming
This was the moment of the night. Marisa Peer, the British therapist voted Britain’s best therapist and the founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), was in the audience as a guest. She has spent more than three decades working with clients including CEOs, royalty, Olympic athletes, and Hollywood celebrities, and she is also the creator of the globally recognized “I Am Enough” movement. Nobody in the room anticipated she would be there. She was personally invited on stage and shared advice that had the entire audience locked in. By all accounts, guests walked away still talking about that moment, calling it the highlight of the evening.
Anastasiya Sola Closed the Night Live
International singer-songwriter Anastasiya Sola wrapped the evening with a live vocal performance. Her music draws from jazz, R&B, and Gypsy traditions, and her set at Belcanto gave the night a genuinely strong close. For a weekly networking event, a live performance of this caliber is a real touch that the audience clearly appreciated.
