Meta has officially entered a new era of wearable AI with the launch of the Meta Starfire Kylie Edition, the company’s first celebrity-designed smart glasses featuring Kylie Jenner‘s cloned AI voice.
Unveiled on June 23, the limited-edition release also marks Meta’s move away from the Ray-Ban branding that defined its previous smart glasses lineup. Instead, the tech giant is introducing an independent family of AI eyewear focused on fashion, artificial intelligence, and everyday wearability.
Kylie Jenner Puts Her Signature On Meta’s AI Glasses
The Meta Starfire Kylie Edition isn’t simply a celebrity endorsement.
Jenner worked directly with Meta on the design, helping shape several signature details that separate the glasses from the standard collection. The slim oval frame comes in black and tortoiseshell finishes, while a small crystal is embedded beside the camera lens as a subtle fashion accent.
One of Jenner’s most practical requests was replacing traditional plastic nose pads with a metal bridge, making it easier to remove makeup residue after daily wear.
The charging case also includes a built-in mirror for quick touch-ups.
The Kylie Voice Feature Changes Everything
The biggest talking point isn’t the design.
Users can choose Kylie Jenner’s AI-generated voice as the system assistant, meaning onboarding instructions, battery notifications, and Meta AI responses are delivered in a digital version of her voice.
The feature was demonstrated during Meta’s New York launch event, where attendees confirmed the AI voice closely resembles Jenner’s natural speaking style.

Meta Officially Leaves Ray-Ban Behind
For the first time, Meta’s newest AI glasses no longer carry the Ray-Ban name.
The Starfire Kylie Edition joins two new in-house models—Adventurer and Fury—as Meta expands its wearable AI lineup under its own branding.
The standard collection starts at $299, while the Meta Starfire Kylie Edition is priced at $399.
The glasses are available through Meta’s online store and selected retail partners, including Best Buy, Amazon, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut.
AI Wearables Are Becoming Fashion Accessories
Meta reported selling approximately 7 million AI glasses during 2025, reflecting rapid consumer adoption of wearable AI technology.
By combining fashion design with celebrity influence and built-in artificial intelligence, the Meta Starfire Kylie Edition signals Meta’s biggest push yet to position smart glasses as everyday lifestyle accessories rather than niche tech gadgets.
