Palm Jebel Ali Returns With Massive Expansion

Palm Jebel Ali is back at the centre of Dubai’s future coastline plans.
The island is expected to be twice the size of Palm Jumeirah and will include 35,000 homes and 80 hotels spread throughout 16 fronds and more than 110 kilometres of coastline.
Nakheel recently awarded contracts worth more than $950 million for 544 villas, with initial handovers scheduled for Q4 2028.
The destination will include beachfront communities, entertainment areas, yacht facilities, resorts, and direct beach access throughout the island.
Burj Azizi Targets Global Records

Burj Azizi is expected to reach 725 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road and is targeting a 2028 completion date.
The tower has already received official approvals and is expected to feature the world’s highest hotel lobby, highest nightclub on level 126, and highest observation deck on level 130.
The 131-storey tower will include an all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, luxury residences, penthouses, holiday homes, retail floors, a ballroom, and a beach club.
The total investment attached to the project exceeds AED 6 billion.
Floating Opera House Planned For Dubai South

Azizi Venice Opera House is one of the most talked-about cultural projects currently planned in Dubai South.
The venue will sit at the centre of the wider Azizi Venice district beside a Crystal Lagoon and dancing fountain attraction.
The opera house is planned with seating for approximately 2,500 guests and will host musicals, ballet performances, concerts, comedy events, and private functions.
Zaha Hadid Architects is attached to the futuristic design concept, while the wider district will also include a performing arts academy focused on regional talent.
The Heart Of Europe Expands On The World Islands

The Heart of Europe continues development on The World Islands through themed European-style resorts, waterfront villas, and climate-controlled public areas.
The destination by Kleindienst Group includes underwater homes, beachfront hotels, cultural districts, artificial rain features, and outdoor snow attractions.
Its Floating Venice section is expected to accommodate up to 3,000 guests daily through 414 floating cabins distributed throughout the development.
More than 50 restaurants and food venues are also planned throughout the islands.
DIFC Zabeel District Focuses On AI And Future Transport

DIFC Zabeel District is expected to become one of Dubai’s largest urban developments with an estimated value exceeding AED 100 billion.
Plans for the district include the world’s largest Innovation Hub and the world’s first purpose-built AI campus.
The project also includes suspended transport concepts, air taxi infrastructure, luxury hotels, premium residences, parks, and green public areas connected to Dubai’s financial district.
Dubai Reefs And Mangrove Plans Push Environmental Goals

Dubai Reefs is planned as a major marine restoration destination featuring artificial reefs, floating eco-lodges, renewable energy infrastructure, and marine research facilities.
The project aims to restore marine biodiversity throughout 200 square kilometres while cultivating more than one billion coral colonies.
At the same time, the UAE’s national mangrove initiative targets the planting of 100 million mangroves by 2030.
Dubai’s coastal section of the initiative spans 72 kilometres and is linked to the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
