NAS Gardens Community Mall, located inside Meraas’ Nad Al Sheba Gardens development, is set to open in August 2026, with Waitrose, Kokoro Handroll Bar, and Bake My Day among its confirmed early tenants
What the Mall Will Offer
The two-storey community mall is designed around daily needs rather than destination shopping. Confirmed tenants so far include Waitrose as the grocery anchor, Kokoro Handroll Bar, and Bake My Day. The mall will also include cafés, restaurants, health and fitness spaces, and a nursery.
Kokoro will transition from its pop-up format into a permanent location at the mall, sharing an address with Bake My Day while keeping separate identities and menus. Additional brands are expected to be announced before the August launch as leasing activity continues.
Where It Is Located
NAS Gardens Community Mall sits inside Nad Al Sheba Gardens, a gated Meraas community approximately 10 kilometres from the Burj Khalifa and 1 kilometre from Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The district is around 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, with easy access to Meydan Racetrack, Dubai International Airport, and major highways.
The wider community includes villas, townhouses, landscaped areas, walkable roads, cycling and running tracks, yoga lawns, sports facilities, and an amphitheatre, all built around family living.
Who It Is Built For
The tenant mix points to a centre built around recurrent daily spending rather than occasional visits. A supermarket, food outlets, a nursery, and fitness facilities all compress daily trip times for residents and broaden the customer base beyond weekend traffic.
Meraas is positioning the mall to serve both Nad Al Sheba Gardens residents and visitors from nearby business and residential clusters, giving the wider development another practical daily-use amenity.
